Securing a Conditional Contract

Congratulations - your offer has been accepted and your contract is dated and signed.

Now What?

Once you have secured yourself a signed contract, It may be conditional upon a few things and you have no idea on where to start. This is where we step in and guide you through the entire contract process

Simply provide us with a copy of the Sales & Purchase Agreement let your lawyer & bank manager know we are representing you, and we will take over.

By having us taking care of all the hard mahi  (work) it will enable you to focus on other things that matter the most, like spending valuable time with whānau (family). As we know all to well - Time Waits For No-one!
