We’re a small Māori - Owned and Operated Pakihi dedicated to helping those who find the property sale process stressful or overwhelming. Unlike a typical real estate company, our clients aren’t locked into listing agreements or charged commissions.
Rather than listing and selling properties ourselves, we offer expertise across the entire property journey — including pre-listing consultation, contract review, and liaison with all parties involved.
Our goal is simple: to use our knowledge and expertise to make the property sale process clear and stress-free. By providing tailored support, you can move through each step with confidence and peace of mind.

I'm Kelly and I am the proud owner of McKee Property Consultant.
My Real Estate career has spanned almost 10 years. In that time, I’ve had the privilege of working with thousands of clients and selling hundreds of homes.
Along the way, I have been honoured to receive multiple awards, including recognition as one of the Top 14 agents in the Wellington region.
Among other qualifications, I hold my New Zealand Certificate in Real Estate (Level 6) qualification and New Zealand Certificate in Residential Property Management (Level 4) and I am a proud Associate member (AREINZ) of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand. (REINZ)
After facing some unfortunate health challenges, I stepped away from traditional real estate. I knew my next chapter needed to create meaningful change — and that’s how this journey began.
I have built my last ten years on maintaining relations with my past and present clients, networking with other businesses. My business core runs from referral's and repeat cliental.
I am a firm believer in "The way you treat others is the reason why they will or won't come back".
My Why
Beyond my own success in Real Estate, I saw another side of the property world — one that wasn’t always fair or accessible and lacked compassion and respect.
Too often, clients were made to feel like they were just another number or commission cheque. Once the contract was signed, communication from their agent was minimal unless the property sold.
They were left feeling stressed, frustrated and felt overlooked and confused by the process. I knew that's not how i wanted any of my clients to feel so I always went the extra mile to educate and guide them on the next steps.
